*for now.

The heatwave hasn’t hit yet. You’ll know you’re a true Brit once you start wishing for winter to hurry up.
A true Brit relishes every second of summer.

Quick question:

Is it possible for someone who isn’t staying in the UK to build up a credit score / history in some way?

I don’t have a UK bank account. But my wife does. I’m wanting to build up a credit score.m/ rating.

I don't think so. It's normally linked to your physical address.

Is it possible to list a family’s place as my physical address (if they give us permission etc) ?

Or do I really need to be in the county?

Tricky because your identity is pretty much linked to your postal address.
As soon as you have an address, register on the voters roll, open a savings loqbox, get a cellphone contract, register on the three credit ratings apps (clearscore, credit karma and experian) to monitor your progress, see suggestions etc.

Does the address have to be somewhere I am renting or can I use a family address?
