Immigrating to the UK

It seems that the people that have the least rights these days are :white, able bodied, straight people that work for a living and purchase goods and services with their earned money.

We have reached a point of madness, in my opinion.

Which first world is that now? Or are you agreeing that the uk is indeed first world?
Your conception of the first world :) How’s those high-speed trains? £100b and you’ll get from London to Leeds 20 minutes faster. Now that is first world.

For folks with properties in SA when they left, did you end up selling? Can't decide between keeping the house in CT and renting out or just selling the place. I sort of like the idea of owning a house there and here, but not sure if it's worth the hassle.

Except for the hassle of renting it out, the risk etc, there's also the tax issue.
No thanks

Yea we are starting to lean towards selling…the money could be used here for a deposit on a property. At least that sounds like a good plan

Aren't there enough victimhood threads for you to whine in already?
Ha!

The gall of it.

When all of that stuff is happening in the name of victimhood.

:giggle:

I can't find the spouse visa renewal in that table, am I being dof?
Haven’t looked at the table. But they call it a family visa, not a spouse visa. Maybe it’s listed under that?
