I buy biltong from Palmers in MK but I walk in choose a piece to my liking and have it sliced up.

Have also had good biltong from Jumbo in The Arches in London.

I think it’s worth doing a google for a local shop and then visiting them. So many good butchers around but I like the process of choosing a bit of meat as a treat rather than doing an online order.
