Immigrating to the UK

Spent a few hours getting the spousal visa requirements pages down to what is relevant to my specific case.
Down to only 5 pages (excluding list of documents and proofs, housing for kids etcetc).

Side note, Separation anxiety, high levels of general anxiety, depression, sleepless nights and emotional roller-coaster of what-ifs and absolute worst case scenarios flitting through my mind constantly.
If I were to try and explain this visa process in one word it would have to be torment, or possibly torture.

I don't drink or do drugs, I have considered getting drunk just for a few hours without my thoughts but then realised someone will have to deal with pre-passed out dronk verdriet me and honestly I don't feel that adding alcohol to my current emotional state will end well.

Speaking of Spousal Visas, at least when I apply for it in February or March, it's cheaper here in UK than doing it in SA. Can't wait to ditch the Skilled Worker Visa (And the company)

At the point where we had only a couple of remaining weeks to wait for our visas I started getting similar irrational thoughts. The “what is plan B” type of thinking. Yours is no doubt worse as you’re in separate countries.
Doubt it will help but if all your documents are in order you really have nothing to worry about. but you will regardless.

Yeah, this isn't a "subjective" visa like a UK visitor visa. You either qualify or you don't - there is no grey area.
