I guess it's worth popping into the local butchers and seeing how much they will charge.Have you tried a butcher for the meat, should be much cheaper? The struggle for me, as you mentioned, is the vinegar. I've tried all sorts of safari alternatives but none do the job as well.

My wife went to her VFS appointment today.
Just for clarity, she has gone for a Spousal visa and I paid for the Priority service.
She asked the agent at VFS what the turn around time is (I had read that the Priority service reduces the visa time from 90 days to 30 days).
Agent replies "oh you will have it next week." This is after the agent looked over all the documents and everything we provided for the visa.
Wife is understandably bouncing off the walls with excitement. I am being pragmatic and expecting it to take a little longer than that.
Similarly, have done everything for our youngest’s UK citizenship.Officially submitted everything needed for my son's UK citizenship application. I had to go over to Germany for a few days as I had to be present for the biometrics at VFS (as the main applicant, couldn't just be his mother).
The blikems didn't even check my ID when we went for the biometrics. Anyway, will have to wait a couple months for the decision. Overall the process was fairly painless though, other than having to go over for the biometrics.
Its my 40th birthday today and my wife just received the email to say her visa got approved! My wife went to her VFS appointment today.

Have an acquaintance(unmarried) who just did it using Ai to help them through the process and were successful. Which I thought was brilliant. Its my 40th birthday today and my wife just received the email to say her visa got approved!
Proof that you can do it yourself without an agency. But I would say if you **** is complicated then an agency is a good idea.
