Improve GSM Signal

I need to improve the reception in our office building. Currently we have no reception. We are in the heart of Randburg. The reception has become so bad our phones go directly to voicemail. MTN and Vodacom have stations on our roof but it is not helping. can we use something like a Gsm Mobile Repeater AnyTone AT6200 GD. It covers both 900 MHz and 1800 MHz.

No you cannot use such a repeater.

Technically you will be broadcasting on frequencies which you do not have a licence for. ICASA will confiscate such equipment when found.
