Incorrect information on Credit Report

Thank you. The law does indeed have us effed. I will just wait for the prescription from hereon. Again I do apologise for going this route to those in this forum who are loyal to their creditors. In future I will be a good boy just like you.

Ignore them Op, These banks eff us over all the time, If you can get out of this without paying a cent in the next 5 months then let it be, Its not your fault they haven't blacklisted you, it simply means they didnt care enough to collect that money in anycase. You are not perfect and neither are we. **** the banks and that loan company.
 
Dude calm down . The quotation marks should have given you and indication that I was not being serious. You really need to take it easy on yourself brother/sister , your fam still needs you.

Thank you for your kindness and sticking to the question. I completely agree with you, the banks are the biggest scums in the world, I’m not sure how one even begins to side with them. As for the debt collectors, they can eat dirt.

Bro just wait it out. After 5 months log a dispute with the Credit Bereau. The banks smoke us with 25% interest on a small loan. We all have those months where cash is tight. Not all of us have rich parents or trustfunds to run to. My opinion is eff the banks. Let the rich kids pay their loans if they want to. Their interest was probably lower from the beginning anyway thats why they can afford that small installments

Did the bank put a gun to your head and say take the loan or else, you knew very well what you were getting yourself into. Now you want to justify stealing money because you feel ripped off?

Remember that money pays salaries and other bills as well, so YOU might just be the cause of someone losing there job because if everyone had this mentality then ALL companies is doomed. This is NO better than stealing!

How would you like if you had a business and people do this to you, I guess then all of the sudden it will not be fair?

I'm curious as to why you think it's ok to make the bank pay for you losing your job or your family member having surgery?

It's pretty simple as far as I can see. You borrowed the money, so you should pay it back. Don't be a c*nt.
 
Can you refer me to any of your posts where you speak against the bank's injustices to the general consumer? Or do you believe they are all perfect entities that do everything above board? Or do you just want to bully me simply because you've never been in a position where you could not meet your repayment obligations?

The credit bureau dont keep documents. Your original creditor does. The changing of an account number doesn't mean much. The debt is there.
They have probably handed it over.

I would be interested to know how much it is... because that influences the level of effort the debt collector will go to to collect.
