Increased Ping at night time

I usually play BF4 online in the evenings, but ever since the start of this month at around 7-8 my ping seems to increase 3 times more than normal (usually 213+- to EU jumps to 600+)During the day it seems fine. I have spoken to the provider (they run on Neotel according to speedtests) and they say it is the receiver dish that is "ön its way out" could this be true, and it's the atmosphere at night that is affecting it more?
A new provider took over the existing company recently which is why I am a bit wary.

Can you try this? Start a capture of a ping when everything is still as expected. If you do see a trend every evening at roughly the same time where the ping time starts increasing at least you have some evidence to forward to the provider.

Yeah there are dishes that relay the signal from the tower. "CPE"
They are coming out to replace it tomorrow as I can't seem to discern what is causing it. The latency no longer seems to rise, but I still get really bad in game Lag, so much so that it's unplayable.

It appears it could be the equipment, but we will see.
