Intermittent Connectivity Issues

Thanks. It didn’t have the clone interface. It just said:
No Mac clone,
Pc Mac clone , and
Enter manually.

I’ve found the Mac clone under more functions, basic settings and LAN MAC address. Would that work as well?

The manual Clone address I entered seems to be working. Signal dropped for 3 minutes and so far been on since 8.01pm

Okay I will provide more feedback as soon as I get some feedback from our Network engineer.

Thanks. The connection dropped last night after an hour. I then changed to PC Mac Clone. The Wi-Fi seems a lot more stable however many apps which use wifi for some reason is showing unstable connection or connection failure. This is from 2 phones, tablet and TV.

Can you please assist.

I’ve requested my line to be released last week Friday and I’ve been told that it will take 3 days and most likely by COB yesterday it would be released.

Ive received an email this morning stating that it will only be released by the end of the month.

I am not happy with this as I have paid Afrihost for 2 months now and i have not had 1 good day of internet in the time. I need this escalated and I will be taking it further and logging a complaint with the ISPA if I cannot get this resolved.

Hi, please share the ticket ID confirming that the line will only be released by the 1st of November. I am aware of the escalation we have with TT Connect to release the line as soon as possible, I will follow up shortly.
