Anyone having problems with international access on SAIX? I am trying to download files and view pages, getting a whopping 1.4kb/sec down...
Sometimes it flies to a whole 7kb/sec and then back to 1.4...

Is something wrong? again?

I noticed the same last nite on various international links, although some were fine

I had some problems yesterday on my SAIX account, but only with some sites.
Today all is OK

also had problems last night - only about 2kb/s + lots of timeouts
seems ok now

looks like end of the month leeching starts earlier and earlier each month.

Except, now with Teklom's relaxed capping cr@p, leeching starts at the BEGINNING of the month, while the "pool" is full...
:p

Seems as if telkom is struggling to get this fixed

ah so thats why .. i was downloading stuff and had to have my download manager break up the file into 3 - 5 parts to still get the normal output i get, else each was like 5 - 7 kB/s.

I am also getting some timeouts on some sites. But if I try again it works fine.

Hope it does not fall flat to the end of the month..

I'm hitting a brick wall in terms of DNS lookups - took me about 25 refreshes before i even got here...

Don't know if thats related...
