Firefox

Chrome

Opera

lol firefox who actaully uses ie, it so damn slow, firefox 4 beta was ready long ago and working nicely!!

A fair chunk of the population still uses IE. Heck some people are still on IE 6! I've been no fan of their browser for years but it must be said IE 9 is a huge improvement, they're no longer the slowest browser, in fact it's up there with Chrome, Opera, Safari etc now in JS performance. So good job MS on cleaning up your act.

from their little test site, it promises to be a decent browser.

I dunno - he screwed up? The article was an obvious anti-MS fanboy rant - perhaps he did it on purpose hoping nobody would notice, or perhaps he just forgot to install the new preview. Either way, he used the wrong version.
