Internet for small Business

Hey Guys

Would like to enquire what would be the best option in terms of internet for VOIP and emails, RDP via Zerotier etc

Currently running on a 10Mbps Microwave Link (Split as 8mb internet and 2mb VOIP) not the best solution

Would take business fibre but costs are too high

Currently covered for Rain 5G, MTN 5G, Telkom LTE, MTN LTE (Zero fibre coverage on any FNO excl Business FNOs)

Have 4 numbers with 5 extensions on the VOIP System

Had two options in mind

Option 1: Afrihost Pure 5G for Internet and VOIP

Option 2 : Rain 5G for Internet
Telkom or MTN LTE for VOIP (20 or 40GB per month)

Need good latency and upload for VOIP and Light cloud backups via OneDrive

Or if anyone has a better solution, Open to anything just cost is an issue wouldn't like to exceed 1k per month

Edit: If anyone is on an Afrihost fixed LTE/5G product how is the latency as told the APN routes via JHB or CPT and I am in Durban

Even their 5G ? Know there 4G is really bad

Rain is unreliable to put it simply, and when loadshedding hits non-existing.
