Internet Solutions Fiber Down

Not sure if this has been posted but we are experiencing connectivity issues on one of Internet Solutions' fiber packages. The fiber has been down for almost an hour now, not sure but i suspect this issue might actually be affecting other services offered by IS. Lucky we got some sorts of failover here. Anyone else on IS having issues?

Got couple clients using there BBOF and BBOW solutions and working fine. Uptimes are around 14days+

Could be an area fault of fibre break?

Call the IS GSC and log ticket with your linetag.
 
Seems to be back up again. We were down for the greater part of the afternoon. Got hold of them and they acknowledged there was a problem but all good now. First time this has ever happened :-)
