Investing strategy.

Spread your investments over several sectors

Property (both commercial, private and flats)

bit of overlap there, you get ETF's that invest in gold / Kruger Rands as well as property ... perfectly fine way to diversify unless you want the physical coin in hand or actually take ownership of the property of course

I'd add at least a bit of crypto to the mix as well

Okay, but how do you know when to buy and when to sell?
You buy it, then you wait for it to double. Either it doubles, or you die waiting. So you either get what you want, or else you end up in a place where it doesn’t matter any more.

Buy when it says extreme fear and sell when it says extreme greed:

Dont bother investing if you have any debt.

Kill debt first....
Yeah, no debt, going to sell the fully paid off 12 year old car too as its just sitting in the garage doing nothing, and keep the 21 year old one as its worth nothing, if anything, its increasing in value by beating inflation.
