Lets wait for the final release & see if the "limitation" sticks. For the Mini phones it's pretty obvious though.

One thing I deeply dislike are the new video controls that sit in the middle of the screen and then darken the video.

They were just fine where they were but the location isn’t near as big an issue as the video going dark.

Would much prefer them stay bottom left and have a double tap shortcut like YouTube uses.

iOS 16 Public Beta 3 is out, loaded it and got the battery percentage thingy turned on, some people hate it but I am glad it’s back honestly,

Woah… did anybody else notice a speed increase with this latest beta?… I think it’s just a return to the iOS 15 level of optimisation, earlier betas were a bit sluggish on my SE3. Didn’t realise until now.

I’ve only been running it for a few hours so I was busy wondering if maybe it’s a placebo effect of updating, but yep it is feeling significantly faster/“lighter on its feet” on my 11 Pro Max to.

I’m just waiting to see if there will be any bugs popping up as I go over the next few days, Beta 2 took a bit of time and they began popping up randomly lol.

Used the Public Beta 3 for a full day and haven’t really seen any major bug, just the odd bit of transparency in some transitions but otherwise all seems to be incredibly solid in this Beta, also no heat up, no respring/reboot etc… This Beta feels very complete, also as noted before it’s fast and very smooth.

Agreed, it doesn't feel like a beta, it's really smooth and fast on my devices as well.
