iOS 16 is a mess at the moment.
WhatsApp shows half black screens and disappearing names / messages until I force close the app, and it happens often. Very annoying. Never had this issue on iOS 15.

I haven't experienced that, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if it's a backup restore induced bug?

Weird bug there. Not experienced anything remotely similar in iOS 15 nor 16.

Haven’t had this before on iOS 16, but I did have weird issues with WhatsApp on iOS 15 that were similar up until an update to WhatsApp came, the UI would just break for some reason.
Weird, I’ve been on 16 since the beta and have never seen that issue in WA. I’ve encountered some other annoyances though!

Haven’t had this at all, works perfectly for me.
I'm noticing something changed with Siri ever since iOS 16. Normally when I have AirPods on and receive SMSes, it reads out the number of the sender to me, along wirh the message. Now it's saying an unknown number has sent a message, then reads it out. Noticed this multiple times when Telkom SMSes me in particular

iOS 16 seems to really be a mixed bag, some are not having any issues and others having a lot and it’s on various models new and old.
Apple are going to have to be doing A LOT of fixing over the next few months, same with app developers.

I’ve been very happy with battery life on 16.0.2 in my 13 Pro Max, it’s 23:30 and I’m still at 45% despite hammering this thing all day
That's damn good, what is your time usage on Safari? My Safari is clobbering my battery despite only being used for 1h15m

Mine was 1h19m, are you using any ad blockers? I’m finding that Wipr is helping limit ads and reducing battery usage when web browsing.
Yep I have ad guard. I'm going to leave things as is for a few days but might do a complete reset. I'm not getting great battery life on the 14 PM (phone was 9% by 10pm):

Yup transferred everything from my mini if that's what you mean. So will give it a few days.
