iOS 16 Features by Model

After using iOS 16 for two weeks now, I can definitely say battery life is worse than on iOS 15, but only marginally so. Picked up a small glitch here and there, once or twice, but overall the experience is good. FaceID unlocking feels faster, might be my imagination though.

Still need to update to 16.0.2, hoping it will improve battery life and eliminate the small niggles I have.

My thoughts too. I normally wait for the x.1 release, but this time around I wanted to play around with the custom lock screens. Will however not update macOS to Ventura straight away next month.
 
When I receive an SMS, after I’ve viewed it and when I check notifications by swiping the notification is still there.
Anyone experience this on IOS 16. Phone is a 13 pro.

The weird part is that the bug I posted is hard to replicate, I literally remembered to take the screenshot just before swiping out because once it goes away I don’t see it for days and then BOOM there it is again.

Haven’t had blank pasting, maybe that’s due to some issue between iPad OS and Mac OS?
Apple bugs are always so weird and jarring sometimes, simple little things that go wrong and you are like “wtf, did that just happen?” Or “is it busy or is it stuck?”

It’s been like 1 in 10 times, not enough to make my annoyed lol

They likely did that to get clicks.

Could be intentional, but it's been changed in beta3 and now allows you to cover more of the UI elements. In 16.0 it really only applies to the bottom of the time, now it seems they are tweaking it.

Here’s one of my setups on iOS 16.0.2, I guess before it depended on what you put in front? Because on mine it allowed this…


Also, is it just me or has MyBB been ridiculously slow today? Pages taking forever to load etc…

Just clocked something for the first time. Normally use WA for messaging, but had to send an SMS. When typing the first letter of the contact’s name into the “To:” field, it listed all contacts with that letter in their name, but also coloured them as either blue for iPhone or green for Android, so that I could prejudge accordingly.

Oh wow, yep seeing it when I do the same, Apple really doubling down on this Green vs Blue bubble madness :ROFL:
