IOS 7 iPad Restrictions Passcode on

Hi
I have updated my ios on my iPad from 6 to IOS 7 and now suddenly Restrictions has a Password ( on )

I have never used a Passcode on my restrictions as I don't need to and don't like them. Now I am unable to get into my restrictions area to change things. Setting\General\Restrictions

Has anyone picked up that this maybe a software issue or what can I do it get it off.

The passcode you entered when you were setting up iOS 7 is the one you need to use to turn off the restrictions.
