Can you imagine how big it would be though?

I think it would work better if they don't wait for noon PDT before they release it. Seed it in the early morning hours. The true believers would stay up for it but the vast majority of people in the US would be asleep.
 
Cant download in iTunes
Taking a direct download Ispw file and running at only 25kb/s :(
This is gonna take forever
 
Weird. Tried downloading over iBurst and CellC - get 403 error. Connected my Afrihost Mobile Wifi - download started instantly, currently downloading at 290 KB/s.
 
Itunes 11.1 downloaded and installed. If you want to use the Radio function, use an US account.

50 hours to go :cry::wtf:

I can confirm that it's not apple's servers being slow. It's probably the bandwidht on the way getting maxed out. I'm getting 35Kb/s from home, but from my server in the US, it went a lot quicker:

Had 32min on my iPhone 5 then started my iPad download. Both moved to 60mins.
So stopped iPad. But this is my third attempt. Bombs out halfway. Phone now sitting on 23 mins. Fingers crossed this time.

BTW: iTunes file download was a breeze.
Now 9 mins
Just moved to 1 hour -grrrrrr
Wow! 6mins. I think the Apple server will need a rest after this weekend.
