There's suddenly a big need for iOS devs. I am also learning Cocoa atm. C# brain still getting in the way a lot of the time, but I am getting there.

Depending on the type of app you would like to develop you might be better off finding some decent javascript developers (available in much more abundance I would imagine) and hooking them up with a installation of the Titanium Appcelerator/Developer SDK. I have started taking a look at it and it seems to do a very decent job. I don't see it working very well with most types of games, but for other types of apps it will do fine.
