IOS9

A mate of mine's calendar has become extremely slow and whatsapp takes longer to open since the upgrade! iPhone 5S

Instead of turning it on and off, it does it automatically.

Still not sure what you mean.

Turning it on and off doesn't restart it.

Hard resetting it is about the closest thing to restarting.

This isn't a PC. it doesn't need to be restarted. Even PC's are moving away from that logic more and more.

Crashed? Is that like closing them?

Yeah I mean like force closing them, instead of just going Home.

As in double-click and slide up.

Often especially with major version changes the Apps will still be stuck in their "old" memory space.

Android devices have that option, who has the right to tell me I can't reboot my iPad?

You can reboot it with home+power button. I think it doesn't have the same option as android because it is not often that you need to restart - I restart my android device at least once a month due to some or other hang.

Ja. Hardly ever need to reboot iOS devices - the home button/sleep button for seconds till you see the Apple logo, would be the equivalent.

Same issue.. its the security manager & context switch. I have this regardless of App i switch to but whatsapp is worst. I suspect its iOS 9.0.1 as this only happen after installing the newest patch.

Can someone please check if Siri understands South African English now?

My experience... BBM is freezing all the time and sometimes the only way I can get it to un-freeze is a hard reboot.

I see 9.02 was released its 66mb if you do it from the device

Luckily I have not experienced any problems yet on the 6 plus

Because Android is living in the past? Or just because it's unstable and needs restarting?

I have to restart my iPhone regularly because it looses signal and can't reconnect, e.g. "No Service". Actually happened yesterday again and received about 10 WhatsApp messages on startup.
