Ok, 192.168.x.y is a private IP address range [also known as Class C IP address], so whilst the WBS tsruBi ksedpleh told you to set it as a static IP address, it is not a publically routable static IP address assignment, why did they tell you to do this...well perhaps they wanted you to do an rfScan...Jongi said:192.168.250.10 (The one in the PM that GRES sent me)
I called about speed/signal issues. And they gave me that IP to use. Plus DNS addresses (primary and alternate). Also changes that I should make using DrTCP
