IP packets dropping every few minutes

It seems like my ADSL problem has been solved - most likely due to my neighbour's efforts in finding a techie to solve it.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to speak to my neighbour yet, due to me working so late.

Here are my new ping results for ~45minutes:

Ping statistics for 41.185.60.1:
    Packets: Sent = 2744, Received = 2744, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 11ms, Maximum = 251ms, Average = 14ms

Now I'm curious to know whether my friend & Nirv's issues are resolved too...
