Yes! They over promised and didn't deliver. Have a look their Facebook page and the replies when asked about the PS4.
And don't get me wrong, I'm a big FNB supporter, they have just let everybody down with the PS4 offer.
 
R300/month for 16gb 3g model. That's r7200 over 2 years. It's r700 more than retail.

Yep, not really as appealing as it used to be. They should have an option not to take the "free" accessories, this is about R500 worth of stuff.

The problem is, how do you offer something that has no stock?
 
Telkom mobile has the same Ipad Mini with Retina for 299 a month with their 10Gig promo. So you get 2.5 + 7.5 gb along with the iPad mini for the same price as FNB.
 
yup have to agree. FNB offerings is no longer worth it (yes i am still a customer and yes i already have a device with them... but never again).

remember that they are offering the device at a """"reduced""" price to give you the 24 month value. if you decide to pay this off before the time, you pay the "normal" inflated price....

FNB - please bring on the specials!!! - loyal clients is waiting.....

We already complained about this when they announced the iPad Air pricing. Looks like their social media gurus couldn't be bothered to read the user comments on a high profile tech site such as this.

I'm still a client as well, no plans to move. Still using the iPad 2 I got from them to type this. But unless they drop the prices significantly I see no point in signing an annoying 24 month debit order.

isn't it the norm? Few specials to get people to move to them , and then kill of the discounts...
