iPad vibrates while charging

Hi. Don't know if any of you are experiencing this but while my ipad2 is charging, if I run my fingers along it's edges I feel a slight vibration. Google came up with quite a few results regarding this. Just wondering if it's happened to any of you as well.

It is one of the special unannounced features, you can apparently also use the iPad for other pleasures while it's charging.

It's related to the earthing. I had the same issue with my Macbook Pro. If you use a plug with an earth it wont do that.

Yes, the third (big) pin is the earth.
