Hahaha no worries. I'm in the CPT area so mine has 8 entries. Last night it was "SCANNED TO CONTAINER FROM ORIJHB TO ORICPT" bu this morning the latest is "SCANNED TO FLOOR ORICPT".

If I compare it to a delivery from Nov, the next steps are "IN TRANSIT" then "SCANNED TO TRIP" then "DELIVERED" which all happened in the same day.

With respect to the voucher, contact them on the online chat thing and ask if you made the cut. The person I spoke to sent me the voucher immediately after I asked.

Yeah should hound them. I chatted this morning.

Apparently most orders are packed and the courier will be coming in batches to fetch it. They are apparently trying hard to get the orders out for delivery on the 18th.

Obviously a country such as SA with too many public holidays will slow things down and the courier is not operating today.

Lord!! Just hope we get it on Friday although I'm not holding my breath. My order is still stuck on Processing so I don't think so :(

So bleak, my buddy was going to arrange for me to collect tonight, but a company wide mail was sent, that Apple is checking all the devices and if one of the devices is activated before the 18th, then they will loose partnership going forward.

But I have been approved and everything filled out, so should be getting it 9am on Friday :D :D

Good way to get rid of Core :p :ROFL: So can you not ask him working at core to fast track some MyBB members orders to make sure we get them friday? Or give some more info into why the orders are processed at such a random order.
 
So just queried the voucher status with online chat - I ordered at 07:54 and see some got vouchers from orders placed after that.

Lunga at support basically told me that all 400 vouchers were from midnight orders.

When I pointed him to this thread he changed his answer to "we selected based on whose payment was received first".

Um ok - I paid by credit card, so now it's a bank clearing lottery.

Not going to post the full chat but it went round in circles.

What bank are you? I'm with Absa and got the voucher with a order 0:34. Sounds like a BS story.
It does show as a transaction that was cleared on the 12th and obviously it showed reserved on the 11th.

Yeah and with my 09:22am order, I paid with Capitec debit. Definitely take it up with them. This is some A-grade BS.
 
I have sent them an email asking how the voucher system can be so inconsistent and unfair. Not holding thumbs but lets see.
