iPhone 12 Rumours & Release Date

According to iStore they have not received the iPhone 12 Pro stock. On the other models the stock did come though. They do not have a date for the iPhone 12 Pro as yet. One can also cancel your pre-order at anytime.
 
I just got my Voucher saying I was first 400. Ordered iPhone 12 Pro Max at 1:40am
 
The mobile operators might have received stock. As far as I understand they source directly and not through Core.

I think it falls under a budget facility just like any other credit card. So my guess is they take the budget amount off your credit facility.

Both of my pre-orders (iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max) has Tracking number and I can see on RTT tracking that both of my orders has the status "SCANNED TO FLOOR JHB AIR", I guess there are stock of 12 Pro, at least for the pre-orders.

Lol they better sort my order out soon and turn it to “processed” or I am going to be using my voucher and then canceling my order right after :cool: dont play me iStore...

Honestly no idea what to buy right now since I already have a Case, Screen Protector and 20W charger ready.
Headphones perhaps?

iPhone 12 Pre-order R1000 voucher
1. Vouchers will be limited to the first 400 pre-orders of the new iPhone 12 range.
2. Vouchers will be sent via email to qualifying customers within 1 week of pre-order.
3. Vouchers cannot be used against the pre-order of the new iPhone.
4. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue.

Where did you pop in the RTT tracking number? The track button doesn’t work when you click search for me haha

That is correct, but once you preorder it, the full amount will come off your straight facility then after a few days it will get moved to the budget facility.

So if you don’t have the full amount required on your straight facility then you will indeed need to increase your straight limit.

The budget facility is exactly the same as if you charged the full amount and pay it off manually over x months. Why do guys even do it?

Can’t believe I’ve seen the day where people are buying things like a phone on credit.
 
My 12 Pro just moved to "processing".

I'll take that as a positive.
 
I got my iCare email but no R1000 voucher. I thought I'd be okay as I ordered 7.29am but obviously not. That would've taken the sting out of the leather cover price as well.

But hey ho, status on my order has changed to Complete, and when viewing it says Shipped :)

He should yes. Otherwise he should rock up at Cores offices:p

I wonder if anyone at Core actually looked at this thread and saw that people where comparing order times among one another. That they couldn't play games or pretend that 1am 400 people already ordered so almost nobody got vouchers.

One thing that is strange is that they decided so last minute as the preorder process was underway to throw in the vouchers, almost as if they where surprised that the demand was lower than expected and it was a easy way to boost sales?
The same story with offering the iCare package to desperately try and compete with the networks?
