iPhone 120 Contract & Nexus S phone? Will it work?

Hi Guys,

At the moment I have a Vodacom iPhone 120s contract, and am using my iPhone 4 with the iphone specific APN.

My Nexus S is arriving on Christmas day, and besides doing a SIM Swop from the micro SIM to the normal SIM card, is there anything else that I will need to do?

Q: Can I continue using the internet or iphone specific APN on the Nexus S?

Q: Will my iPhone data bundle still work on the new Nexus S?

I tried phoning Vodacom 111 to ask, but they could not give me an answer one way or the other...

Yes it should work. You can use either APN's. either "internet" or Iphone something something APN. The data bundle is not phone specific, so as long as the APN allows your to connect, your usage will be deducted from the bundle on the contract untill such time that it runs out, then you will be charged for usage over and above that bundle.
