Yeah but how well do the drivers work? Has there been any progress? Last time power management wasn't working, meaning your phone will die in a a few hours.

Thanks man...will definately try it out

Loaded it last nigh. pretty nifty. Everything is working except for a frw bugs which is expected.
Just boots quite a while. Phone and SMS is working. Need to load the Market app somehow...

Is there power management now? How long does your battery last

WOW - never thought I'd see the day Apple fanboys load Android on their phones.

Just to clear thing up. Are we saying that ANDRIOD replaces the Apple OS and we can load normal non iTunes Apple store applications on the compatible iPhones? Please say its true cause I will get myself another iPhone. I loved the interface, touch screen but I hated the fact that I was forced to get EVERYTHING from iStore or jailbreak and load Cydia to make my iPhone do what other phones do straight out of the box.

So I would appreciate if you guys can elaborate on this

Cheers

Yes, with a few caveats. Such as it is missing drivers. So no sleep/wake and your battery runs out really quickly.

I've read that it's a dual-boot arrangement. Though why anyone would want Android instead of iOS4 is a mystery.

Is there an option on this forum to ignore some fuktards?

Anyway -BACK ON TOPIC-

Yes it's a dual/tri boot option. it has the iOS, Android and Command prompt option. You can alsu set a default boot option.
