Iphone 4 users , Try this experiment

calling iphone 4 users , please try the following procedure , i think i have discovered a major bug / problem

1. Open a number of apps on your phone , then close them , ( do not background / multitask the apps )
2. Double Click the Home Button / Multitask , do these apps that you closed in step 1 appear in the multitask menu ??
3. Reboot your phone , double click / multitask the home button , does any of the apps that you closed in step 1 appear in the multitask menu ??? , which apps do appear in the multitask menu after a full reboot

Can you be more specific about what the steps are.
 
the apps I had open last does show yes. The "Multitask menu" you are referring to shows not only apps that is running in the background, but also the most recent opened apps (even if they support multitask or not)

Which is what is supposed to happen.

after reboot , does any of the apps which were opened still show up in the multi task menu ??? (Step 3)
