iPhone 5C orders are underwhelming, says a carrier source

And just yesterday there were reports of expected shortages and carriers cancelling staff vacations between the 18th and 22nd... Go figure.
 
this cant be true!

I thought there were people standing in ques to the the new apple product already, this must be an attack by the media on apple, bloody agents...

Who wouldn't want a smartphone in blue, green, pink or yellow pastels? :erm:
 
Wonder if we'll ever be able to find the non manic-depressive middle ground between underwhelming and overwhelming. Perhaps just an "eh it's ok". Just seems like the only option aside from blowing everyone away is to be a crushing disappointment.

It's a one year old phone being sold at their usual last years phone "discount", but this one has a built-in plastic case.
