They’ll probably just stop supporting the latest version on older versions of iOS.
Doesn’t mean you can’t download the older version and keep carrying on with such a kak app.

Also didn’t get this.. I figure if you can install latest os it should work. I don’t think iOS has many apps with a hardware requirement except product type.
It’s usually OS version. Could also be that they quoted the OS which was the base install for 6S. Wife’s one still works and wondering if worth updating or getting the new revision next year(this year was an S year.. next year should be a new arm version).
