iPhone 7 and 7 Plus

Has anyone else noticed lag on their iPhone 7 plus ? I get frame drops in games like subway surfers and F1 2016. As well as stuttering when scrolling in apps. I have reset the phone , reloaded as New and still the same. This is on iOS 10.2. A friends iPhone 6s Plus is smooth

Some stuttering in apps is due to bad coding. I haven't had any issues thus far.

What storage option do you have?

The scrolling was changed in Safari. It no longer features inertial scrolling.

The plus phones are all 1080p screens.

Native resolution for them is 1242x2208 so the phone has to downsample every image to 1080p. The iPhone 6 plus was laggy as hell due to this, it has gotten better as the processors have gotten faster but it's still a massive performance impact.

When you jailbreak you can update the phone to reduce the downsample, still works perfect and even the 6 plus is butter smooth.
 
Tried to buy a 7+...all 4 shops near me don't have stock. ugh.

They ordered it for me but who knows how long that'll take.
 
Just got myself a 7+ in the US yesterday. Very impressed. From a former Android fanboy ;)
 
I can't get a 7+ anywhere, I have phoned all the MTN shops in PTA and JHB as well as the iStores, no stock everywhere.
 
Went to a Vodacom shop yesterday, was told 7+ 128 & 256GB are not available. Some kinda worldwide shortage of these models.
 
Yes it is on MTN contract, I can upgrade now and can't find stock anywhere... seems like I have to go with S7 Edge
