That's the iPhone 8/x. The 7s I'm guessing will be physically similar if not identical to the current 7.

Edit: actually watching it again I reckon it's fake. It's not the 8/x. The bottom and top bezels are too big.

The naming is just confusing right now, 7s/8 and then the Edition/X. This might be the 7Plus replacement.
