Wasn't allowed to deal directly with Apple, so I was forced to deal through Vodafail

7 day-swap out turned out to be 7 day non-swap out :wtf:

now my phone is on its way to jhb and will probably be back "in about a month"

all in all I think vodacom need to pull finger

You can cancel the contract within a 1 week grace period, quickly! ( think 5 business days, not certain )
