Hi all, Would love some help as I am about to pull my hair out.
Since last week (I am sure since the software update) I have this issue where if I record video, mostly selfie mode, all I hear is crazy static, almost like I shot the video ion gale force winds . . . I bought a 3rd party video app and that seemed to be better, however it still does it sometimes in this app as well, but not as often as the native video app.
I have done a reset, didn't help. Unpaired all BT devices, turned off wifi, I have tried everything. I still can't work out if this is a hardware or software issue. I don't remember dropping my phone. I also noticed tonight that I cannot use "Hey Siri". . if I try set it up it just can't pick up what I am saying. So I opened the native video app, recorded a quick selfie video and all I hear is mad static, it doesn't even pick up my voice.
Ready to hulk smash this phone. Most irritating part is there is eff all on vodacom's site or app about what to do if your device is faulty.
Anyone had this issue?
