Ipod, what now????

ok if i open the ipod in my computer i get calendars,contacts,notes,recordings and ipod-control i guess i dont drop just in there hey i must do it somewhere else right?
 
hey something happened hold on let me check.

hld the boat, i did what you said boramk, i took a song and saw device on the left and dragged it to that and the thing copied or something then i unplugged the ipod and the song is in there i did not listen as the phones are not plugged in but it looked like it worked. that pic you sent help alot so i knew what i was looking at. let me do a few more then i let you guys know.

you dont need to open your ipod in my computer, itunes does everything.....

its not like normal mp3/mp4 players....

dont copy anything to your ipod with my computer, that just wastes space
 
hey man its much easier doing it on my mp4 but then i had more practice, this thing is too hard to work out and sensitive to touch my mp4 is a touch screen so its easy.

you dont have to drag and drop every song, just drag the whole folder in which they are in....

btw you can edit names, album and artist of songs by right clicking the song and then "get info"

its actually the easiest once you get the used to it...
 
nah man this thing just jumps around all the time. i am busy finding my daughters songs on the pc but for now i have a few that i sent to the ipod, i gonna unplug it now and listen to hear how it sounds. once i got this figured out i wil understand it better, my daughter has been on the pc since she was 3 or 4 yold so she can handle these things better than me i must just show her the ropes.
 
ok i copied 20 songs so far and its working now to do a video and i think i have done enough for now. thanks all for the help t is much appreciated from myself and my baby (asleep now,school tomorrow). thanks. if i need some help again i know where to come to.

if i plug the ipod in the itunes thingy comes up and under devices on the left the ipod shows but in the right side i have a disclaimer kinda thing that says i must save or cancel. if i cancel that thing my ipod disappears from the left side of the screen and music files come up on the right side (is this whats on the ipod?). if i save that disclaimer it stays on the right and the ipod stays on the left under devices. is this right. i dont know how to do screenshots to show you guys.
 
press your 'printscreen' button on the keyboard, open up ms paint, paste, save as (jpeg obviously) ...... ;)

and then just upload to the photos section.

i did do that but when i do that it disappears and then music files come up on that side and ipod disappears from under the device heading on the left, is this correct.

thanks man for the help, you see on the left it says ipod under devices now if i say save to that agreement it disappears and files come up is that the files on the ipod then?
