IPTV Smart is just an application, and its performance varies based on the IPTV provider you choose to use.

Those work equally well in the IPTV Smarters Apps, I prefer Tivimate, to play, the free streams that get posted here. Occasionally I find free m3u8 links, on the internet but they tend to be rather hit or miss. Well time has been scarce lately here, so have let that slide for now.

Was talking about him. He is in the channel supply business. The PAAS if you will. Many iptv services are just a stream of a stream of a stream type setups. All of them getting their input sources from these type of "infrastructure dudes".
