Is AbsoluteHosting down?

Anyone having issues with the Absolute Hosting portal?
Thought I was signing in with the correct password but it said it was incorrect.
So also tried 2 Forgot Passwords at least 10 minutes ago and haven't gotten any emails for reset yet.
Their website chat has said "Connecting you..." ever since.

Hi @Jade @ Absolute Hosting, are you guys having problems over your JINX peering?

The reason I ask is because myself and some others have been having some connectivity issues to a VPS hosted with you guys (which I recommended to them based on the good things I've heard about you here on MyBB) over the past few days.

It seems like people who reach the server over IXP Joburg aren't having as many problems but I am and my ISP connects to you via JINX. Here is a traceroute:

Evening ladies and gents.

We’ve made some changes on the network and ask that if you experience intermittent timeouts that you send a PM with your details (VPS IP and remote IP affected) so that we can take a squizz and make adjustments.
