I don't hold punches when deserved but also need to give credit where it is due - have not personally had or clients report any bad / frustrating dealings with Absolute Hosting. They are one of the few that are proactive and consistently professional.O thought xneelo was the worst. Boy oh boy did you lower the bar

When I get insulted by a client 9/10 times it's because I stuffed up, and I also understand that I cost time time and money. My standard reply is to apologize and try and sort out the issue and take it on the chin. I have had quite a few dealings with smaller companies usually, when they mess up and I complain, they get all hot and bothered and give me an earful and say my "insults are unnecessary". That's usually the sign to me that the company's MD/CEO whatever has some growing up to do.Comments are welcomed, insults are unnecessary.
