Is AbsoluteHosting down?

O thought xneelo was the worst. Boy oh boy did you lower the bar :mad:
Do staff not get training on customer interaction or is this a gen z thing in general?
I don't hold punches when deserved but also need to give credit where it is due - have not personally had or clients report any bad / frustrating dealings with Absolute Hosting. They are one of the few that are proactive and consistently professional.

Have you dealt with the quality support staff at AfriHost? ;-)
 
Comments are welcomed, insults are unnecessary.
When I get insulted by a client 9/10 times it's because I stuffed up, and I also understand that I cost time time and money. My standard reply is to apologize and try and sort out the issue and take it on the chin. I have had quite a few dealings with smaller companies usually, when they mess up and I complain, they get all hot and bothered and give me an earful and say my "insults are unnecessary". That's usually the sign to me that the company's MD/CEO whatever has some growing up to do.

You missed the part where I sent a PM with an apology and asked what the problem is and instead you jumped straight onto the hate Absolute Hosting bandwagon as you have done before

Absolute Hosting is currently experiencing issues with the client service area and during this time there would be limited access to support tickets and account management. Your hosting services are not being affected by this issue and are still online.

We've enabled the client service area again which will allow you to manage your services how ever we're still waiting on WHMCS to resolve an issue affecting their licensing servers which are causing noncached license requests from returning a 403 error.
