They are definitely looking into it. Who knows how hard though as this affects so many people, wonder why it is taking them so long

It’s not OpenServe, it’s Afrihost. Thats why Vuma is having issues as well.

Well, I have to give it to afrihost support- logged a ticket this morning and got no less than 7 different replies from 7 different agents that they are aware and working on the problem.
