Gian told me "Ek se kleintjie, our network is fine. It is Openserve that has more kuk than the Durban beachfront right now. Give us a few hours as I am screaming at all the Openserve and our techs nonstop".

Thats nonsense - the people dealing with the business communication side are not the same people digging around in router config files.
And all businesses should have DR and BCM policies and processes in place to deal with comms while the techies deal with the issue.

Afrihost Engineers continue to work on the ongoing intermittent to no connectivity issues for some Afrihost clients on the Openserve Network. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may be causing.

They integrated the Home-Connect user base into their network, but there was at least one bad config.

Now they need a Gilfoyle.
