Afrihost's and Openserve's engineers and their respective social media teams are not going to have trouble falling asleep tonight.

They have been very busy today and have been (justifiably in this instance) taking a lot of fire and brimstone.

Must say that my Afrihost sessions on Openserve haven't failed. But then neither have I switched anything off and on again.

This seems to be an auth issue which would point to causation around the BRAS or Radius servers.

What is the line being feed on social media?

If they are running JunOS, then some of the devices take 20 minutes to reboot. If that is happening then the symptoms described and probably align with that as causation.
There have been a couple of reboot problems lately.
