i have no beef with Afrihost. They have been nothing but awesome towards me, fair enough a lady on the accounting side kinda mislead me to think that I paid my account in full. But was quickly helped by one of their other consultants/supervisors to get my connection up and running
Its much invited improvement in the service department,if you've been with Iburst as long as what I was. Atleast Afrihost answers the phones to us customers with queries
