Is Afrihost Really This Dense?

i have no beef with Afrihost. They have been nothing but awesome towards me, fair enough a lady on the accounting side kinda mislead me to think that I paid my account in full. But was quickly helped by one of their other consultants/supervisors to get my connection up and running :) Its much invited improvement in the service department,if you've been with Iburst as long as what I was. Atleast Afrihost answers the phones to us customers with queries ;) LOL

I've had nothing but GREAT support from Afrihost. Keep it up guys.
 
Impressive. quick follow up and shared with the forum. Not really needed but it does score a few brownie points. now have Afrihost start offering uncapped :)

Just to follow up I have phoned the client and have given him my direct line to phone me when his line is up. I told him if he were to register now and if Telkom only installs the line in 2 weeks then he will be paying for a service he has not used. He is happy now.
