1. Your PC only has one PCi-e x16 slot, you need to buy a PCI-e riser card to connect your other card to.
Why?
GPUs work just fine in a x4 or x1 slot

Surely mining does not need a 16x slot ..?
So basically my board can handle 3 cards (space in case might be an issue) without risers?
Just looked at the GTX 1050, is doesnt seem like a good card for mining. Basically putting out the same 0.9 USD per day as the GTX 960. Should I just go big or go home?

That's something that I never knew! Thanks. This means I can try fit 2 more cards in my board when I get home since I'm still waiting for my risersExactly, as long as the slot is PCIe, it can be x1, x4, x16, all will work. Even if gaming a x1 slot works

I got two 1050 ti cards for next to nothing. I get around 26MH/s with them using Nicehash, and they top out at around 60w each. If you can go bigger, go for it. It'll probably save you some frustration.
Jirre! I cannot afford a new board (or card, or both!) any time soonI'm sure you can make them fit...![]()
No chance in hell that a 1050TI will run at 26MH/s so I'm sure he means both of them togetherClarify. Do you get 26 with each or both running the same algorithm.
Also, what tool are you using to determine their power usage?

Same here. I don't even know why I was toying with the idea!hahaha.. my card takes up two slots. So in reality my mobo will only fit 2 cards.

Yes. I used to use one of my spare PC and my HTPC to mine. All you do is enter any bitcoin address, but different worker names. Else you won't know which PC is which when you're at work and want to check what they're doing on nicehash's site.
So can you or anyone else tell me if I can use NiceHashMiner with the same Luno Bitcoin account on more than one PC at the same time. I have a 'spare' gaming PC with a good'ish GFX that I could put to use.

I used the same worker name on both of mine and always got confuzzled as to which worker is which
