Is anyone else's DSTv not working?

I'm getting an E16 error, yet when go to my DSTv account page, I'm fully paid up, and Multichoice numbers seem to not be working! Even the VAS rate one.

All this happens just before the cricket starts.

E16 = payment.

You will have to get hold of them happend to me before also, and the account is paid up in full.... Might just be a system glitch.

E16 is also that your decoder(card) needs a reset happens to me every so often. You can try the reboot thing but normally requires a phone call to DSTV for them to do it.
