Is Axxess Uncapped right for me?

Hi guys,
so with sunday being first of Nov... it is time for me to sigh-up for my uncapped.. just making sure that:
R999- Axxess Uncapped Express+ 384 is the best option for that price? I know Openweb has the same deal for R1 200:confused:

PS: Is the Axxess Uncapped un/shaped and on IS or SAIX?
 
It mentions Fibre... not IS/SAIX or Un/Shaped.
Any1 got this line that can tell me?

i asked them- not exactley sure how you can use this to connect to SAIX and IS news servers. I think the best thing to do with this connection is to use an international news server like astraweb.

"Hey there, express is running on IS backbone, you will be able to access the IS news server and the SAIX news server. All downloads and uploads at anytime contribute towards the threshold. Full line speeds will always be achieved after hours and on weekends even if the throttle has been reached. Upload speeds will also be throttle after threshold has been reached to about 48kbps, again this does not reflect during after hour use nor weekends. Once 10 days has passed your threshold is renewed, releasing the line back to full potential during the day. Hope that this answers all your relivant questions."
 
I just emailed them:
1)It is semi-shaped
2)ONLY IS server
 
I find that axxess is one of the better uncapped providers out there. But like most of the offers out there there's a lot of small print.
I cant wait until telkom brings out there packages, because you get what you are told.
