Is iPhone Really Immune To Malware?

Hi everyone, I read something where a person claimed that his iPhone were virus infected. The phone was not jailbreak AND it showed all the signs of malware infection. Are any of you guys fimiliar of iPhones that got infected?

Was it heating up past 39 deg, with a consistent vibration, and the sound came out distorted?

The only iPhone that is immune to malware is the one that doesn't run any code.

It is definitely not immune if the owner assumes that it is.
