Hi all.
I have been a long time customer of Autopage for my business and my private mobile needs. The beginning of this month I ordered the MTN R99 for 2Gb data contract. I have been sent from pillar to post for the last three weeks. So today I had enough and started throwing my toys out the cot. Threatening to cancel all five my contracts, two Vodacom (one is up for renewal at the end of the month), two MTN and the undelivered 2Gb data contract. To my surprise the response was, "Ok, we can cancel all the contracts." So I inquired some more, it seems the shops are ordering a bunch of stuff (including phones and sims) which are just not getting delivered from head office, indirectly not received from mtn/vodacom/8ta/cellc. Apparently this has been going on for 6 weeks now. Accounts are not getting delivered to customers etc. So it seems Autopage is devolving/disintegrating all over the place.
I am going tomorrow to Vodacom and MTN to see if they will take over my contracts as I drop Autopage as my service provider. So heed this warning, stay away from Autopage if you are looking for a new contract or if you are an existing customer start worrying about your current contracts.
