IS Local Torrents not connecting!

Hi all,

I am trying to download a new version of linux through a local torrent tracker(I know there are ftp's I want the torrent!) and I keep getting a connection timed out error. However when I use my saix local only account it works perfectly???

The account that isnt working is a WebAfrica IS Local account and it only stops working when the International on the account is used up.

WA and IS are both denying any envolvment in the fault however it is clearly one of them most probably IS as OpenWeb users are also noticing this fault.

perhaps the local torrent tracker that you're using is hosted internationally? If you don't want to post the tracker info, feel free to send me a PM with the info / .torrent file.
 
I can confirm this with 2 big South African torrent tracker. This is a big IS issue.
 
Experiencing this aswell. Its only been this past month. They have changed something with the IS config, because the trackers are local but they not connecting. Saix local only has no issues. :(
 
I also had this problem, (while using my Webafrica Local only account) I have since unsubscribed and changed to uncapped
 
I have also noticed something like this on diginova.
The tracker status says "connection closed by peer", this only happens on a IS local account but not on a international IS account.

I think they know what we are using it for

You could try this.

1) Change your port number in uTorrent.

2) Reset your bans.

3) Reset your router.

Oh my god Diginova is open again and I have seen for my self that digi Sh@t has the most cr@pie content it looks like nothing has changed ROLMFAO
